Not being affiliated with a system provider gives us the flexibility to provide a customer focused solution. Where certain system providers hold significant advantages over open source products we will engage the system provider and manage the delivery to ensure the solution meets the high standards we set for our own solutions.

System Integration

We work with a number of suppliers across various markets to provide our customers with the best fit solutions. Where interoperability is required we will work with all of the associated parties to ensure that the solution exceeds the expectations of the customer.

Third Party Commissioning

As we are not affiliated with any system provider so we can remain objective when reviewing the installations of other vendors. We believe that commissioning is the most valuable part of the installation process and when done correctly can provide significant financial and environmental benefits to the end user.

System Recommissioning

This theory also extends to the re-commissioning of existing systems. What we are currently seeing in the industry is that energy management strategies are being installed on top of incorrect functioning systems. Although savings are still generated it is our belief that these benefits can be enhanced when the system is operating as designed. We regard system recommissioning as the first step in the energy management process.

 

System Auditing

It is our belief that many systems are removed\upgraded before their lifecycle is exceeded. By auditing your system you may find that there are significantly cheaper options available to you that would assist the system to reach its desired lifecycle.

Air and Water Commissioning

While this is not done in house we work with a number of commissioning technicians so we are able to provide our customers with the most suitable technicians for the solutions provided.

Data collection and data processing are vital elements in the optimization of your current system. We provide solutions for the collection and processing of data related to your sites environmental impact.

 

Maintenance
